SHIPPING POLICY
Jewelry is generally shipped within a few days of ordering, although in limited cases may take up to 2 weeks for production. This does not include shipping time to your location. Shipping is a flat rate of $6 in the US and $14 to Canada, regardless of how many items you buy in one order. Expedited 2-day shipping is also available at checkout for additional fees. Shipping for orders over $100 is free within the continental U.S.. If ordering through this site online, you will receive an email when your order has been received, and when your order has been shipped or is ready for local pick-up.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please email first if you need to return an item. Items in new and resalable condition can be returned within 5 working days (M-F) of delivery. Return shipping is at buyers expense and must include tracking. If an item is damaged during shipping, we can file a claim with the postal service. To file a claim you must provide pictures of the damaged item, along with pictures of the packaging. Please keep all boxes, outer packaging, etc. until your claim is settled, as sometimes additional photos are required for the claim. Custom orders are considered final sale. If you have a question or concern after placing an order, please email. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accommodate an immediate cancellation, and you will need to return ship the item at your expense.
PAYMENT METHOD
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Cash or Venmo is accepted in person, and can also be arranged for local pick-up when you check-out online.
